Stroke
Magnetic Molecular Energizing (MME) has
been used effectively for for Stroke.
MME treatment is considered
investigational and is utilized under the direction and auspices of an
Investigational Review Board (IRB). The IRB complies with FDA
requirements for investigational therapy usage and results review. MME
therapy is safe and non-invasive. In some cases, patients may experience
some tingling, however, most experience no ill effects and can talk,
sleep, read or watch TV.
Facts
about Stroke
- There are approximately 750,000 strokes per year in the U.S. 75%
occur after the age of 65. The risk of having a stroke doubles each 10
years after 55. Any age is affected including infants and children. It
is the third leading cause of serious long term disabilities.
- Strokes are caused by a clot in the artery that blocks blood flow
to a portion of the brain or hemorrhage from a broken blood vessel
that causes pressure to the brain.
- Strokes can cause weakness and paralysis, decreased cognitive
abilities, difficulty with speaking and emotional problems.
Treatment and Case Results
Treatment includes primarily physical rehabilitation.
B.D. is a 74 year old female with a 4 year history
of cerebral vascular disease. She stated a progressive loss of balance
and loss of right arm control with marked rigidity. She lost her
ability to walk without being held up by her daughter. After 230 hours
of MME she improved 40 – 50% in ambulation, balance, arm function and
improved leg strength
Although no absolute assurances can be
given, there is good reason for optimism for benefit, in individuals who
are accepted for treatment, after review and screening. MME appears to
enhance and speed the healing of tissues at the cellular and molecular
level.
