At the time the individual is assessed for treatment, an approximate number of hours anticipated to be needed will be quoted.  This is a projection and only represents the average number of hours needed to achieve benefit in individuals previously treated with the same type of problem.  The actual number of hours needed and all answers are not yet fully defined.

1. Since MME is an investigational treatment and not yet approved by the FDA, it is generally not covered by health insurance benefits.
2. If your health/medical or accident insurance company indicates a willingness to provide payment for MME treatment and associated medical evaluations, this must be confirmed in advance of the first treatment.  Written confirmation from the insurance company must be received by AMRI-MI prior to the first appointment.  If confirmation is not received, you will be asked to pay in advance and then submit your request for your reimbursement from insurance.
3. Payment is due in advance of treatment.  Any unused hours will be refunded
4. MME treatments are $50.00 per hour.  Once the initial medical evaluation is complete you will be presented with an estimate of the amount of "magnet time" the doctor prescribes.  The time estimates may vary based on individual patient response.  Treatment works best if continued on a daily basis, uninterrupted until maximum benefit is obtained.  Individual consideration can be offered to those receiving a larger number of hours.
5. AMRI-MI accepts cash, check MasterCard or Visa.
6. Medical evaluation of each patient is performed initially before any MME treatment begins.  The pre-treatment evaluation cost is $100.00.
7. MME treatment is billed in 1/2 hour increments only.  This is to encourage patient/care giver to make optimal use of the magnet time which has been scheduled for you.  Time is not deducted from hours paid for bathroom breaks or short breaks of any kind.
8. The best assurance of results can occur if the maximum hours of treatment recommended is continued uninterrupted on a daily basis.
